Digital Marketing London Group Meet Up 22nd April 2010


Digital Marketing London will be meeting up on Thursday the 22nd of April from 6.30pm at Jet Lag, 125 Cleveland Street, London, W1T 6QB.

This month we will be going to the movies with Luke Aviet, Managing Director Of Goviral and  Anthony Alexandrou, co-founder of Forcefed Media are in the spotlight.

Luke Aviet, Managing Director – UK at Goviral, Europe’s largest distributor of online branded content will discuss the company’s approach to creating online audiences for movie trailers. Having distributed 20 million film trailers in the past year for companies like Paramount, Sony Pictures, Pathe and E1 Entertainment, he will discuss the lessons media and marketing agencies should learn from the movie industry if they really want to engage with audiences and promote their products.

Antony Alexandrou, co-founder of Forcefed Media. Will deliver a presentation entitled ‘VIDEO CONTENT FOR DIGITAL MARKETING’
Forcefed Media work with agencies and directly for blue chip clients including; Coca-Cola, Hewlett-Packard, GlaxoSmithKline, Wembley Stadium, MTV, public sector organisations and leading charities.

In this talk you will hear about the process that’s involved with creating video content for digital marketing.  Anthony will share with you what he feels makes the most effective video content for the web, why video content is so popular with digital marketing and what we consider to be the essential digital ‘foundations’ for any brand.  You will also, of course, see examples of video content and gain some insight into how it’s used online.
