This month we have a presentation from Paul Bidder, Commercial Director at leading digital agency Red Ant. Paul will be talking about the importance of building the correct strategy for your business and clients.

There is a white paper to accompany this presentation to help you to understand what is involved in building a comprehensive digital strategy, and the benefits a digital campaign would have on your brand.

This is a presentation of ‘Planning & Creating a Digital Strategy’. It aims to demonstrate what is involved in a holistic digital strategy from putting together initial aims, targeting audiences, generating ideas and evaluating campaigns that need to be considered for build processes.

Internet usage in the UK, according to Google, overtook TV in 2006 and in April 2009, and the average Briton spent 22 hours and 20 minutes using social media channels. And this is only likely to grow…

Digital channels and engagement through digital channels is now an expected part of audience experience when connecting with a brand. The expectation from audiences has increased when considering brand engagement so that:

  • it is no longer acceptable for a brand to wait for the audience to visit
  • brands must communicate to prosper
  • positive engagement snowballs, arrogance creates stagnancy
