<p>On the 17th of November we will meet in the basement bar of the Slug and Lettuce in Soho from 6pm and will be entertained by two guest speakers from our group who will talk for 15 mins a piece with some Q&#038;A followed by networking until close.</p>
<p>The event is free for member of Digital Marketing London on Linkedin to attend and £10 for all non members.  This month as I am taking part in Movember a charity event to raise money on behalf of The Prostate Cancer Charity. Therefore I am asking all attendees to donate a small amount towards the cause by purchasing a Movember Donation ticket. You can choose how much you would like to donate and all monies collected will go directly to a great cause. Additionally you will get the chance to laugh at the dodgy tash I am growing. <p><strong>Antony Alexandrou </strong>and <strong>Rick Bronks, Co-founders of Forcefed Media</strong>. Who will deliver a presentation entitled ‘VIDEO CONTENT FOR DIGITAL MARKETING’</p>
<p>Forcefed Media work with agencies and directly for blue chip clients including; Coca-Cola, Hewlett-Packard, GlaxoSmithKline, Wembley Stadium, MTV, Public Sector Organisations And Leading Charities.</p>
<p>In this talk you will hear about the process that’s involved with creating video content for digital marketing.  We will share with you what we feel makes the most effective video content for the web, why video content is so popular with digital marketing and what we consider to be the essential digital ‘foundations’ for any brand. <strong>Konector </strong>links digital marketers with leading bloggers and social networkers in order to use their online influence to promote brands to a highly targeted audience.</p>
<p><strong>Kingsley Maunde</strong>r from Konector will provide insight on using independent publishers to promote brands, looking at examples from the beauty and fashion industries.</p>
<p>He will ponder these questions:</p>
<p>-    Should brands be using citizen journalists for marketing and PR?</p>
<p>-    What unique opportunities do these online influencers provide, and where does YouTube fit in to the picture?</p>
<p>-    Why has the US Federal Trade Commission introduced new regulations for blogs and social networks, and how will this affect us?</p>
<p>-     Are we about to see the demise of traditional publishing?</p>
<p>I am sure this event will replicate the success of our previous meet up.</p>
